The single most common thing that ruins AI video is the face changing between shots. Shot 1 is your character. Shot 4 is her cousin. Shot 9 is a stranger.
The fix is a proper character reference sheet with the same person locked across every angle, expression and outfit, before you generate a single second of video.
Building one by hand is tedious. So I built a Claude skill that writes the prompt for you.
What it does:
You describe your character in plain language. It returns a production ready reference sheet prompt: all angles, close-ups, consistent identity across every panel.
