Amazon Influencer vs. Amazon Associate
These two programs get lumped together ALL the time, but they are definitely not the same thing.
Amazon Associates is the traditional affiliate side. You recommend products, share your affiliate links, drive traffic to Amazon, and earn commissions when people shop through your links.
Amazon Influencer adds another layer. You can have your own Amazon storefront, create shoppable videos, livestream, and potentially earn from content that Amazon places in front of shoppers ON Amazon.
And here’s the part people sometimes miss…
You can be BOTH.
In fact, understanding how the two programs work together can open up a lot more ways to earn than treating them like completely separate opportunities.
