Do u have a mentor?

One thing I’ve learned throughout my years in the beauty industry is this: **you don’t have to figure everything out by yourself.**
Having a mentor can change the way you see your **career, your business, and even yourself.** A good mentor doesn’t do the work for you—they help you see what you may not be able to see on your own.
They can challenge you.
They can hold you accountable.
They can help you avoid unnecessary mistakes.
They can remind you of your vision when you get distracted.
And sometimes, they can simply say, **“I’ve been there too.”**
That’s powerful. 💛
Especially for new beauty professionals, mentorship can help bridge the gap between **knowing how to perform a service and knowing how to build a career and business around that skill.**
Your license gives you permission to practice your craft—but **wisdom, experience, guidance, consistency, and continued education help you grow.**
And remember: your mentor doesn’t have to be someone who has the exact career you want. Look for someone whose **character, discipline, business decisions, leadership, knowledge, or success** represents something you want to develop within yourself.
