🚨 AI projects don’t fail because of the AI.
They fail because we solve the wrong problem.
I’ve seen how easy it is to get excited about:

⚙️ AI Agents
🔗 RAG pipelines
📊 Machine Learning models
🚀 The latest AI tools
But building the technology is only one part of the equation.
The real questions are:
👉 What business problem are we solving?
👉 Where does AI actually fit into the workflow?
👉 Is the data reliable?
👉 Will people actually use it?
👉 Can we measure the ROI?
👉 What happens when the AI gets it wrong?
A technically impressive AI system with no business value is still a failed project.
The best AI solutions I believe in are not necessarily the ones with the most sophisticated models.
They are the ones that reduce manual work, improve decisions, save time, reduce errors, or create measurable business value. 📈
💡 AI Engineering is not just about building intelligent systems.
It’s about connecting AI + Engineering + Business to solve real-world problems.
Build the technology.
But start with the problem. 🎯
