A machine failure rarely starts when the machine finally stops.
The warning signs often appear much earlier — rising vibration, temperature changes, abnormal behaviour and gradual degradation.
But when businesses discover the problem only after a breakdown, the result can be production downtime, emergency maintenance, higher costs and lost productivity.
So I started with one question:
What if businesses could identify the warning signs before the failure happens?
Introducing ProDiag AI V2 — an AI-Powered Predictive Maintenance Copilot for Industry.
The goal is to help maintenance teams:
