Well. I did it.
I managed to get into the POISON IVY on the edge of the property where I am developing the Garden For Ability.
It might slow me down for a day or two.
Yes I knew it was there.
Yes I was trying to avoid it.
I managed to stick my hand in it anyway in the last bit that I was cleaning up to cardboard and mulch.
So, today, I get as much done as I can before the blisters form.
Later, I go get a pair of soft gloves to protect the blisters while they are healing.
Lesson: Please be careful as you are working and foraging. Know what is in the space where you are working. I knew poison ivy was in the area so I was looking for it and knew I was getting close to it. I got a bit too close yesterday. It could have been much worse if I was not looking for it.
It's always an adventure.
