Hope this help you
Hi all, I’ve been struggling to find AI UGC prospects that were actually worth reaching out to, and I know a lot of other agencies have run into the same problem.
I spent some time working through it last week and found a simple way to make the process easier without spending money:
1. Choose one specific type of brand you want to work with, such as ecommerce, beauty, or fashion.
2. Use the Meta Ad Library to find brands that are currently running ads.
3. Look for brands running several different creatives or regularly testing new ads. These are usually stronger prospects than random companies pulled from a list.
4. Find the person responsible for marketing or growth through LinkedIn or the company website.
5. Add everything to a simple Google Sheet: company name, website, decision-maker, ad activity, and why you think they might need UGC.
6. Before reaching out, write down one specific reason that brand is worth contacting. This gives you a much better starting point than sending a generic “we make UGC ads” message.
The biggest change for me was stopping the search for “100 leads” and focusing instead on finding “25 brands that have a reason to buy.”
If anything is unclear, let me know. Hope this helps you 🙏
