Database activation went crazy
We finally got the tow truck companies access to their database through their software. Loaded up just this month's jobs (48) and loaded in GHL. Sent out request for Google review. The work flow mixed with the AI agent and in a matter of 10 minutes 546 texts went out and back an forth. Exceeding the daily text usage which saved our ass because more questions up but did not go to customers. This is 11pm at night. Needless to say I got on the phone with GHL support. Turned out workflow messed up. As the dust is settling waking up this morning I log in to see 24 5 star reviews came in. Mess not cleaned up but the customer is so happy. This shot really works and yes this is very hard but I am loving it. Back to the phones today making 65+ calls again
