Newly licensed PA or field inspector? Your license taught you the law, not the investigation. Experienced PA still losing files to carrier engineers? Assertions don't survive rebuttals. Evidence does.
DIRECT™ Academy is a free community for learning forensic property damage investigation the right way: evidence before opinion. Technical discussions, real case breakdowns, building science, and the six-pillar DIRECT™ Methodology.
Learn the standard before you learn bad habits, or unlearn the habits that lose files. Join for free.
Ready for the full standard? DIRECT™ Fundamentals (Classroom tab) is the complete training: all six pillars, the Field Toolkit, Final Assessment, and Certificate of Completion. Founding price: $497 for the first 20, then $997.
