If you've just joined, start with one job: the copy test.
Some context first. I run Adamans, a $30M Shopify store, from Dubai. In 2024 I could spend $15,000 a day on Meta ads. I can't anymore, and it isn't because my ads got worse. This group is about what you build once the old ads playbook stops being enough.
Here's the test. Picture someone copying your whole business: same site, same products, same prices, same ads, same emails. Why would a customer still pick you? Write that down.
Then list every advantage you think you have. Go through each one and ask whether someone could recreate it in 90 days with AI and some money. If the answer is yes, cross it out.
A blank page at the end isn't bad news. It shows you where the work is.
