You encounter or even get invited to a lot of acting memberships only to find out you are being taught the bare minimum when it comes to navigating the industry. It wasn't until I met Deion and the ETJ team where I realized that I was in the right place. The value, wisdom and transparency are one of the few things that I have appreciated the most about this mentorship. I truly felt like the community was in my corner to succeed and have had a proper structure to pursue my acting career.

ETJ has genuinely changed how I approach my acting career. Deion doesn’t just teach the craft, he challenges you to understand the BUSINESS: your positioning, materials, networking, submissions & strategy. Embracing the Journey
The title literally speaks for itself but I wanted to an acknowledge how this journey has been for me since joining a couple a months ago. Such a great experience with the team and with some of my fellow actors and actresses. Deion has been a tremendous help with guidance and patience throughout the journey, putting your foot forward and most importantly taking part in elevating your career to better showcase your talent and package.
