Okay, quick tool you can use the next time a craving hits — try it right now if you want. It's called physiological sighing. Takes under a minute: Breathe in through your nose At the top, take a second short sip of air in through your nose (a little inhale on top of the inhale) Long, slow exhale out through your mouth Repeat 2-3 times That double-inhale is the part that actually calms your nervous system down fast — it's not just "take a deep breath." Try it next time a craving hits (or right now, just to feel it) and come back and tell me — did your stress level drop? What did you notice?
