okay, real talk. you already know what you'd post. you just haven't posted it.
that's not a content problem. it's who might see it.
i'm aava. i didn't start posting because i finally felt ready. i started, and the ready part came after. confidence comes after you do the scary thing, not before.
in here we work on the mindset behind being seen online. the goal is to get you out of your head and into action:
✦ find where your fear hides: who's watching, the format, or saying what you think
✦ know what to say on the days you've got nothing
✦ stop editing yourself for people from who "know" you
✦ post the first one, somewhere people actually respond
✦ become the person who posts, not the one who's about to
week one: introduce yourself, watch module one, post one thing.
no ring light. no tripod. no waiting till you feel ready.
this is for people down to do the work, not for anyone waiting to be handed a list of what to post.
