Hi, I’m Holly Nicole!
I bring more than 20+ years in client-centered wellness. I hold a BA in Education and graduate studies in Social Work. I am a 800 RYT, and Advanced Yoga Nidra Professional, Social Emotional Intelligence and Psychedelic Integration Coach. I’ve created this space to help you build a personalized wellness practice.
My intention is to help you recognize patterns and create greater freedom in choice and discover what works for your body, nervous system, and life.
