📞 REFERRAL STATUS UPDATE
I have personally reached out to everyone who was referred.
✅ For those who did not answer, I left both a voicemail and a text message.
✅ For those who answered, I explained the program, discussed the opportunities, and sent over the necessary documents.
✅ We are now waiting for those individuals to complete and return their paperwork and schedule their training sessions.
💰 REFERRAL FEE PAYOUTS
Referral fees will be paid once the referred individual has:
📄 Completed and returned the required documents.
📚 Scheduled their training sessions.

Team, please be mindful of WHO you are referring!
We want individuals who are:
✏️ Serious about learning tax preparation.
📚 Willing to attend and participate in training.
💻 Interested in starting or growing their own tax preparation business.
❤️ Committed to making a genuine effort.
Please do not refer individuals simply to collect a referral fee. That is not how our referral program works.
If a referred individual fails to attend training session or does not participate in tax preparation, any referral fee already paid will be subject to deduction from future tax preparation fees, in accordance with our referral agreement.
💡 REMEMBER: IT'S ABOUT EFFORT, NOT NUMBERS!
A new team member does not have to prepare 20, 50, or 100 tax returns to prove they are serious.
Even if they prepare JUST ONE CLIENT'S TAX RETURN, that demonstrates initiative, effort, and a willingness to learn!
We understand that everyone starts somewhere. What matters most is that they are genuinely invested in the opportunity and willing to put forth the effort.
