Where have you experienced a season of questioning your value in ministry?
Perhaps a role ended. A door closed. Your efforts went unnoticed. Or the fruit you hoped to see never appeared.
Ministry has a way of exposing the places where we have allowed our sense of value to become connected to a title, an assignment, or the affirmation of others.
But your value was never created by your position—and it cannot be removed when that position changes.
You are seen by God. You are valued by God. You are crowned with glory and honor before you ever accomplish another thing.
If you are comfortable sharing, where have you wrestled with this in your own ministry journey?
