Excellent! Love this group !!

2 years ago, I was just a W2 carpenter; today I'm keeping up with my w2 income. I found Fund To Freedom while looking for something I could run from the road. No capital. No tech skills. Just a W-2 and a plan to travel the country with my wife. Ryan and his team met me right where I was. They broke down transactional funding in plain language, answered every question, and never once made me feel like a goof for asking. I couldn't be happier that I found and joined FTF.

Fund To Freedom has been unreal. When I first joined the community it was free, and I couldn't believe how much value Ryan was providing for free. I still think the community is undervalued for the amount of value anyone can get out of it. FTF does a great job of explaining things verbally and visually while still breaking complex topics into easy-to-understand lessons. I made my first dollars in RE thanks to this community and plan to continue scaling with it! I highly recommend this community

Ryan has done an excellent job removing all the barriers to entry for getting into RE besides one — you. The knowledge, the accountability, the coaching — it's all here. He shows up, pushes you, and won't let you coast. The rest is on you: show up, take action, and grow into the version of yourself this group is already pushing you toward. Absolutely fantastic community! Best part, the teaching doesn't waste your time and cuts through the fluff. Ryan is an exceptional business person, you get an extreme amount of support, and everyone on his team is absolutely relentless about helping you succeed. My focus isn’t fully in lending, and I still stay in because I believe in the product. I still walk away with business nuggets that are beyond useful. Highly recommend to anyone looking to scale their business.
