Call Recording Disclosure
I cold call mostly B2B in Australia and by law we are required to disclose we are recording the call. I try to do it at the start of the call but to me it seems a bit off to greet someone by saying they are being recorded.
Does anyone else have this problem? How do you guys deal with it?
