- 2️⃣ Before we ever get on the call, I spend about an hour going through all of it and build your 𝗰𝘂𝘀𝘁𝗼𝗺 𝗦𝘁𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗴𝘆 𝗔𝘂𝗱𝗶𝘁 𝗽𝗮𝗴𝗲. Your snapshot, where you are, where you want to go.
- 3️⃣ On the call, I give you your #𝟭 𝗯𝗼𝘁𝘁𝗹𝗲𝗻𝗲𝗰𝗸. The one thing that, when we fix it, fixes everything downstream. We're all smart and action-oriented, and that's the problem: we do all the things except the one that moves the needle, because we're too fucking close to it to see it.
- 4️⃣ 𝗧𝗵𝗲𝗻 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝟯 𝗻𝗲𝘅𝘁 𝗺𝗼𝘃𝗲𝘀, in priority order, with the resource, prompt or template for each. Not a laundry list. If everything's a priority, nothing is.
