There’s a point in your fitness journey where something changes.
You miss a workout and it bothers you.

You’ve repeated the habit enough times that NOT doing it feels strange.
That’s a big deal.
Motivation got you started. Discipline kept you going. And eventually, consistency turned it into part of your identity.
You’re not someone who is “trying to work out.”

There’s a huge difference.
So if you’ve reached the point where missing the gym actually bothers you…

You built something.
Now protect it.
And remember — one missed workout doesn’t erase your discipline. Getting back after it is what proves you have it.
