Your papers are published, your grants are funded, your students have graduated. A promotion committee won't read any of it the way you want. They just match it to their criteria. Strong candidates undersell themselves when it comes to promotion all the time, because nobody ever showed them how to make their case.
The Insight Incubator is a membership for mid-career faculty who are building that case. Sketch your contribution so an evaluator outside your field understands it, and find the gaps while you still have time to close them. AI handles the sorting and admin production, so you keep weekends with your family.
We meet on a live call every week. I show the AI methods I use on my own papers, grants, and teaching, and you bring the pieces you're stuck on. I'm a tenured professor and research chair with 300+ publications and $3M+ in research funding, and I've read cases like yours from the evaluator's side. You'll work beside researchers who are preparing for the same decision.
