My 5 biggest struggles are my body; I’ve always been ashamed of what’s under my shirt and always was made fun of which made my self esteem low.
Fatherhood; I always feel like I’m not doing enough and fear that I’m not enough even though I try my hardest.
Money; I come from poverty and continue to try break the chains in the first to graduate high-school and college.
Bottled up Anger; growing up I was always angry at the world and I’ve learned to put the anger under my skin I used that anger in the gym as release and lastly
I put everyone first; I never consider myself before anyone whether it my kids or family I’m always last in mind even when I should be putting myself first.

Emotional creation especially for big guys out there
“You’d think the body I was ashamed to take my shirt off in would be my biggest weakness… it ended up becoming my greatest source of strength.”
Pictures of me at my heaviest while saying that then
A video of me shirtless flexing at the gym 💪🏾
Another good emotional reach
“Nobody talks about the part of fatherhood where you can love your kids more than anything in the world and still wonder if you’re failing them.”
Clips of me dropping them off at school, tucking them in, cooking meals for them
End clips of them happy around me
My favorite fitting one
“I spent my whole life fighting five things: my body, fatherhood, money, my anger, and the habit of putting everyone before myself… but those five struggles built the man I am today.”
Clips of me lifting, playing with my kids, flexing in a mirror maybe even at the top of a mountain hike
