a few Questions
- Im not a US resident and my clients are outside of the US everything is happening online. in case i open a Delaware company or Wyoming company will I need to pay tax to the US?
- I have a company in Dubai, can the Dubai company own the US company and then all the profits will go straight to the Dubai company? if so, how I do it?
- what about dividends Is there any tax on dividends?
