Tax Treaty
Hi everyone, from the youtube channel is talked a lot that , Wyoming has pass through taxation, so non-US residents don't pay income taxes. This applys only if between the US and the other country ( my country of residence) there is a tax treaty or it applys even without any tax treaty between the two countries ? Thank you, appreciated
