Choose something ordinary to investigate. It could be toys, clothes, books, food, screen time — even something like pencils!
Think about:
Can you have too little of it?
What might enough look like?
Can you have too much?
At what point does having more stop being useful?
Does everyone need the same amount?
Why might somebody else's “enough” be different from yours?
There may not be one correct answer. We're exploring the question, not judging people's choices.

Find something you already have plenty of. Before getting another one, see what you can rediscover, share, swap, repair or enjoy again.
