START HERE!
👋 Welcome. This is a small room for independent financial advisors, and owners like them, who want to look at the real numbers in their business with a coach who reads them.
Step 1: Introduce yourself. Drop one sentence in the comments below: your name, your firm, and the one thing you'd fix first if you could.
Step 2: Run your first tool. Every Level X tool is unlocked for you, with no forms. Start with the Wheel of Life (about 5 minutes): https://levelxcoaching.com/toolkit/members/wheel-of-life.html
Step 3: Post your number. Put your eight scores in the Tool of the Week thread as one line (for example 6·4·7·3·8·5·6·4). I reply to every one with what I'd look at first.
Step 4: Pick your next tool. All 36 are in Classroom → The Level X Toolkit, or on one page here: https://levelxcoaching.com/toolkit/members/
Step 5: Come to Office Hours. Thursdays at 12pm Central, right here on the Calendar tab. We walk through two or three posted scores live, and every session is recorded in Classroom.
