Asymmetry progress
Sleeping on your back without a pillow is deadass method. I’ve been doing it for about a month and a half and have noticed my asymmetry is getting less noticeable. I also use nose strips to promote deep breathing while sleeping. I don’t use mouth strips as I’ve never slept with my mouth open. I’m thinking about trying to get a MARPE because I’ve noticed that my right nostril will ‘breath’ less air than my left but just don’t know how to bring it up to an orthodontist or my parents as I’m still on their medical plan. (Yes we on the shitter in the flick)
