How to Bonesmash
I have heard that bone smashing works I’m just looking to do it on my chin for some more chin projection any tips like how often how hard and should I drink like a lot of milk while doing it or something also how long it will most likely take to see results and is it even worth I plan to use a hammer I rapped a tissue around it so I don’t scar my face up by let me know any more tips
