Compression or aspiration.
One or both need to be a solution.
With compression we're talking stuffing foams, wash clothes, tightening your garment and even the usage of tape over the area to force the body to (slowly) reabsorb the fluid.
This might take days it might weeks. But you should notice it getting smaller. If there is no change or it gets bigger then this method is not working.
Aspiration works by taking a syringe and draining the area. This is done by a nurse or medical professional (who legally can do this). AKA not by me, your licensed massage therapist.
With liposuction, you MIGHT end up having more than one.
They aren't always visible.
You sometimes have to touch to find them. You can see how to do this in the classroom.
