Post Launch Setup
Hey Mikey, two questions about life after launch. I'm a solo founder about to submit a Base44 app (React web app wrapped in a Capacitor native shell, loading live via server.url) to the App Store and Google Play for the first time.
1. Security bugs and errors
My current setup:
- Sentry for error tracking, with the DSN delivered through a Base44 backend function
What I'm unsure about: how do you get alerted when something breaks in production, and how do you triage and ship fixes without burning credits or causing regressions? Do you do ongoing security audits, or only pre-launch?
2. Marketing and analytics
My current setup:
- ActiveCampaign for lifecycle email, with tags tracking subscription status, engagement, and acquisition source
- OneSignal for push notifications
- RevenueCat plus Stripe for subscription data
- What I'm unsure about: what do you track to measure activation, retention, and conversion? And how do you turn that data into product decisions instead of building on gut feel?
