The seller is selling his commercial cleaning contracts rather than the company itself. The reason is that he currently reports very little profit through the company in order to minimize his tax liability, which results in a high level of expenses and makes traditional business financing difficult. He is keeping the company to pursue other activities, so he will not be a competitor.

Annual Gross Revenue: 1M+

Operating Expenses: 700K

Net Income: 300K

Purchase Price: 600K

The seller would like to sell all of the contracts at once. The business has been operating since 2020, and the contracts are located throughout Montreal and the South Shore of Montreal.

The contracts have an average remaining/renewal period of approximately 1 to 1.5 years and renew automatically.

One of the major advantages of this business is that the cleaning work is performed by subcontractors, meaning there are no employees to manage and no significant labor-related operating costs.

The person currently managing the clients, complaints, and subcontractors will stay with us after the acquisition. She has very strong relationships with all of the clients and subcontractors, which is a significant advantage for us. She is currently paid as a self-employed contractor.

The seller is also willing to stay for approximately five months to assist with the transition and ensure a smooth handover.
