Been quiet for a reason 👀

Hey everyone — quick check-in since I've been heads-down and quiet in here for a bit.

After the 5-day Notes challenge went as well as it did, I asked you all what you wanted next. The answer wasn't close: a cohort focused on getting your Substack set up and growing. So that's what I'm building first.

It's 30 days. Four live coaching calls, a lesson and a task every day, and we go through everything — the settings, your messaging, the branding, your About page, the welcome sequence, all of it.

You finish the challenge with a publication that's set up to convert instead of leaking subscribers.

For those of you who voted for the monetization track: don't worry, it's coming, and it's coming immediately after this one.

Setup and growth first is the right order anyway. Monetization works a lot better on a publication that's already built properly.

Fall is almost here. Time to make some real progress.
