Hey everyone, I’m Ray. I’m primarily focused on being a connector, I got involved in funding because I kept seeing investors find good deals and then struggle with the money side of getting them closed.

I’ve built up quite a few funding options — fix & flip, DSCR, bridge, construction, ground-up, gap funding, business funding, lines of credit, and equipment financing.

I’d rather network, help where I can, and make some good connections. If someone here is looking for funding and I have an option that fits, I’ll point them in the right direction.
