Quick build update: Editboard.co
I decided to start this because I want one place built specifically for editors, and possibly thumbnail designers and scriptwriters in the future.
I've actually wanted to build something like this for years, but I never really had the technology to do it properly. Now, with vibe coding, it's insanely easy to turn an idea into something real.
The idea is simple:
Editors sign up for free and create a profile to showcase their work.
Creators can browse editors, but they pay to access their contact information.
Editors can also boost their position on the list for more visibility and more chances of getting work.
So far I've built:
- The login system
- The main page
- Editor profiles
Right now I'm working on improving the design and getting payments working properly.
Still very early, but I'm going to keep sharing the progress, what works, what breaks, and what I learn while building it.
