This community is like no other. I feel like everyone here is a family and we all support each other as well as Tiara supporting us all and taking time to get us individually. I had done lots of searching for someone/ something like this and I just felt so drawn to Tiara and her genuine care for others. Its amazing what her and the team do!! Tiara I am so grateful to have met you and that our paths have crossed💝

I’m so happy I found Tiara. Before joining the program I felt a little defeated and just overwhelmed with all the information. I was eating everything they say would help but in no particular order. Since I’ve met Tiara and joined her program I have a sense of direction, new recipes and most importantly SUPPORT! I feel like she’s more of a friend than just my healer. I’d highly recommend anyone supporting someone fighting or fighting for themselves to join. It’s absolutely worth it!

I’m so happy I found this community! It’s so hard to trust doctors and “social media” experts, but Tiara and her Dad’s story really touched my heart! It was a real tangible example that healing could happen for me to, if only I had a program that was realistic, affordable and easy to follow!

Tiara is a God send! She genuinely cares about your holistic well-being. She strategically built these communities, through her plethora of knowledge and life experiences to meet people where they are and help them along their wellness journey. As a Stage 2 TN3 breast cancer survivor, I am forever thankful for Tiara and the integral part she has played in my recovery.
