being part of this group has been one of the most perspective shifting things I have EVER experienced in my health journey! The value is unbelievable, I came here for my health, but my looks have changed massively! Only bad side effect is that I get hit on wayyy more now 😂 My energy levels have shifted, I can BREATHE out of my nose, my dental health and tooth grinding have improved, I have more confidence, and the best one of all...I have HOPE for healing 10+ years of chronic illness!

I absolutely love this group for the camaraderie we all share here. But what I love the most, are the techniques Oscar teaches…they are priceless. I am so grateful to God I found this brilliant young man. I am 66 years young, & I’ve never encountered anyone who has taught me so much about my own body. I need much help, & it may take some time to get myself feeling better, but thank goodness for Oscar’s community.
