You need a SYSTEM
As I continue to pursue coaching in this online space I am being confronted with the real challenges many coaches face when they enter the world of parent coaching.
I don’t have a perfect system for this space yet and it has made it hard to be consistent, be effective and measure progress.
If you are currently coaching and find yourself winging it, then shoot me a DM and let’s discuss what a simple system might look like for you.
And if you have any thoughts on systematizing this online space, definitely share in the comments.
I am looking to change the way the community operates to get more people engaged with one another and I’m curious how you think that would happen here.
One idea I have is to do a “night cap” live call. 9:30-10 or 10-10:30pm a few nights a week to see how everyone is doing and answer any questions members have about their upcoming sessions or games.
Those of you still active in here lmk your thoughts. I’ll be doing some marketing soon to invite some new members in here and hopefully we can keep building.
