PE3R Lab was created by Shannon Ivey and Rachel Gaddis, two experienced practitioners who know that building a business and knowing how to build a business are two very different things.
Between us, we bring decades of experience in entrepreneurship, strategy, coaching, facilitation, learning, storytelling, and helping people turn good ideas into work that actually works.
We’ve also lived enough life to know that business doesn’t happen in a vacuum. We’re Gen X women, daughters of entrepreneurs and teachers, building businesses alongside careers, families, caregiving, changing bodies, big ideas, and real life.
That’s why we created PE3R Lab.
It’s not another course or somebody else’s blueprint. It’s a working lab for experienced service-based business owners. You bring the real thing you’re building. Together, we Practice. Experiment. Reflect. Refine. Repeat.
