I became a conservator because I love learning.
There is always something new to discover in conservation: a new material, a new technique, a new piece of research, etc.
I strongly believe learning is part of a conservator's DNA.
Yet, after years in the field, I found myself in a frustrating situation: having enough work to make a living meant having very little time left for my curiosity.
And when I finally had time to learn, I simply had no energy left.
So I kept saving things for later:
Papers I wanted to read.
Webinars I wanted to attend.
Ideas I wanted to explore.
Until I realised that “later” was slowly becoming “never.”
So I created P360.
My very selfish answer to a universal problem for conservators.
A way to make learning fit into the reality of our working lives: curated research, live conversations, a place to ask questions and exchange with other professionals, and soon, continuous learning programs.
Because staying curious shouldn't have to come at the expense of making a living.
