This room is for men home from a yard and the people who came home to them. 23 years on a level 4 is where I'm speaking from, and I'm walking the reentry right now, same as you.
Here's how this room runs.
Tuesdays I put up one question. Small one. Takes ten seconds to answer, and I answer it first.
Fridays I put up one tool. One thing to try before Monday. No speeches.
Show up for those two and you'll get most of what I know for nothing.
If you want to talk one on one, it's fifteen minutes and no pitch — just a straight read on where you're actually starting from.
Right now, before you close this: drop your first name in the comments and how long you've been home. That's it. Months is fine. Week one is fine. Still inside and reading this through somebody is fine too.
