Pivoting to Cleaning
Ran a window cleaning biz before to 500k. Exited years ago. Discovered the GMB subcontracing model recently and started with plumbing, but want something with more control. My profits are also lower than when i ran window cleaning so house cleaning seems like a sold choice.
Any experience with the canadian market? Im in Québec so french is a moat we have. I felt its best to try here and Toronto followed by the US.
