Buying in AL
Hello all, I am buying for my own portfolio in Alabama. I focus mainly in Birmingham, but will look at the other cities. I close myself and hold, not wholesaling these. Buy box is anything under $100K that is move in ready. Does not need to be pretty or perfect, livable is ok. Hit me up if you have deals you'd like me to look at or JV with you on!
