Three times I’ve promoted something I developed or created. All three times, within a week, another Skooler was promoting something strikingly similar (even one almost to the name).
I know we’re all creative thinkers. Similar ideas happen, and timing alone doesn’t prove copying. But damn—it’s getting hard not to side-eye the pattern.
I’m drafting a message to my Founding Affiliates asking for honest testing feedback and setting clearer boundaries around private walkthroughs and unreleased development plans.
Before I send it, help me tighten it: does it sound clear and professional, or does my frustration come through louder than my point? What would you cut or change?
I’ll put the draft in the comments. Roast the wording—not anyone involved. 👇
