Welcome to Rooted & Rising 🌹
Rooted & Rising is a supportive team within ROSE Agency, created for TikTok LIVE hosts who are ready to grow with purpose, build consistency, and rise together.
This is our dedicated space for:
🌹 Team announcements and important updates
🌹 LIVE tips, resources, and growth strategies
🌹 Motivation, encouragement, and accountability
🌹 Celebrating milestones and accomplishments
🌹 Connecting and cohosting with fellow team members
🌹 Asking questions and receiving manager support
Our monthly activeness standard is 8 LIVE days and 20 total LIVE hours, with each LIVE day being at least 1 hour.
Whether you are preparing for your first LIVE or working toward your next milestone, you do not have to do it alone. Stay connected, participate, support your teammates, and use this space to help you remain active and intentional.
We are rooted in purpose, rising in confidence, and growing together. 🌹✨
