Hey, I'm Sarah.
Somewhere between diaper bags, screaming toddlers, and cold chicken nuggets eaten over the sink, I lost touch with who I was. Training for hard things (a 5K, a 10-miler, now a marathon) brought me back. Messily. With missed runs and meltdowns, kids included.
This is for moms who feel that too: swallowed a little by motherhood (or life, or the empty nest) and know that exploring outside is the best way to feel alive on the inside.
✅ Weekly check-ins: name your one hard thing
💪 Challenges, from first 5K to ultramarathons
🏃🏽‍♀️ Monthly live calls and virtual runs
🔥 The Campfire, for wins, messes, and "anyone else?"
🐆 The Go Anyway 4-Week Reset
Rest days, missed days, and fresh starts all count here.
Honest note: I'm not a certified coach. What I share comes from my own training, therapy, and trial and error. Check with your doctor before starting anything new.
This is the Founding group, so you're building this with me. Bring the stroller... and the snacks.
Go anyway.
