Posting value every day is not a growth strategy for your Skool community.
I know. Rude. Stay with me. ;)
You post. You welcome the new people. You answer the questions. You show up in there consistently...
and the member count moves everrrr so slowly....
It's not because the content isn't good. It's because nothing is HAPPENING in there.
There's no reason to join this week instead of some vague week in the future. And there's no reason for you to talk about your community other than "hey, come join us"
— which, let's be honest, is not the most compelling reason to join.
What changed it for me is putting something with a DATE on it INSIDE the community.
A workshop.
It does two jobs at once.
- It gives you a specific thing to market for two weeks straight (not "join my community" — an actual event, with an actual promise, that people can picture attending).
- And it gives everyone else a reason to join NOW.
Workshops have been the single biggest driver of my membership growth. In the last 2 months alone, I've grown my community by over 190 new members (and workshops were a HUGE driver of this growth!).
Pre AI, it used to take me a couple of days. The content. The slides. The emails. The ads.
Now it takes a couple of hours, because I create the whole thing with Claude.
So I'm thinking about running a workshop on... creating a workshop with Claude. (Meta, I know haha.)
I'd show you:
→ exactly how I create the workshop itself with Claude
→ how I market it to grow my membership — the emails I send my list (and how Claude writes them for me)
→ and the ads I run
Then you point that process at whatever you're growing.
- Run it free to fill your community
- Run it inside your paid group as the reason to join this month (and a resource that stays there forever)
- Sell it as a standalone live workshop with a recording
- Or stretch the format into a challenge and run a few across 3-5 days.
But before I build it — do you want it?
Drop a YES in the comments if you do!!
