Ask Lynne will provide 60 minutes of 1:1 time to help you to understand the information you have been given by your healthcare provider. This will be a plain-language breakdown, so you will feel more prepared for you next conversation with that provider.

This is 60 minutes of live, one-on-one time with Lynne, by phone or video, but it's more than just extra time. This session includes a full review of up to three of your medical documents beforehand, so we go in prepared and focused, and it ends with a personalized written summary you can keep and return to.

You may be wondering, why not just go back to your doctor or nurse practitioner? A follow up appointment can take weeks to book, often runs just 10 to 15 minutes, and leaves little room to slow down and actually understand what was said.

If you choose to do this as a video call, we can record it and the video will be sent to you for review as many times as you need.
