Feeling Behind With Your Community?
If you...
👀 Haven’t launched your Skool community yet.
🤪 Launched it, but hardly anyone is joining.
😩 Keep looking at communities with hundreds or thousands of members and wondering what you’re doing wrong.
🥲 Or you’re starting to think, “Maybe this just isn’t going to work for me.”
Keep going.
Most successful communities look slow before they look successful.
My first 18 months on Skool, I was making around $400 a month in recurring revenue.
Today, my communities have grown to 13,000+ members and helped me build $10K–$15K months while working roughly 20–25 hours a week.
There wasn’t one magical post that changed everything.
✅ I kept learning what worked.
✅ I changed my business model.
✅ I got clearer about who my community was for.
✅ I simplified my offers.
✅ I found better ways to bring the right people in.
And I focused on three things:
Traffic. Conversion. Retention.
So if your community isn't growing yet, don't automatically assume the idea is wrong.
Figure out where you're stuck.
🚀 Haven't launched? Pick a date and get it out there.
👋 Launched but nobody's joining? Look at your traffic and positioning.
💰 People are joining but nobody's buying? Look at your Free → Premium path.
🔄 People are buying but leaving? Look at retention.
You don't need to have everything figured out today.
You just need to know what problem you're solving next.
Your community at 10 members doesn't need the same strategy as mine at 13,000.
It needs the next right move.
🧡 Where are you right now?
A) Haven't launched yet
B) Launched, but struggling to grow
C) Growing, but not converting
D) Making money, ready to scale
