I know what it means to hide.
I hid behind alcohol. Today, I’m five years sober.
I hid behind my faith, my job title, my past achievements, my weight, and the person everyone thought I was.
I also carried the pain of childhood food insecurity. Years later, I turned that pain into purpose by starting a mobile food pantry that has helped feed hundreds of people.
But helping others didn’t mean I had stopped hiding in every area of my own life.
Done Hiding was created from that truth. This is not a community led by someone pretending to have everything figured out. I’m still becoming, and I’m inviting you to become with me.
Your hiding place may be different from mine. But together, we are going to face the truth, rebuild trust with ourselves, take visible action, and become the people we were meant to be.
