Hello Store Owners
Spent some time going through my store today as if I were a first-time customer.
Honestly, it was a little uncomfortable 😂
I found a few things that made perfect sense to me because I built the store, but probably weren't obvious to someone seeing it for the first time.
That reminded me that sometimes we know our stores too well.
I’m starting to think that occasionally looking at your own store like a stranger is one of the simplest ways to spot problems.
Has anyone else tried doing this?
